Our Enomatic Wine System

Coal Fired Bistro is proud to offer the state-of-the-art Italian designed and manufactured Enomatic Wine Serving System. Featuring up to 32 different wines nightly, the Enomatic System is great for trying something new. Protecting wine from oxidation, the system provides customers with confidence that the wines they order are always in a freshly opened condition and served at optimum temperatures.

The process is as follows:

1. Purchase a wine card in the denomination of your choice or purchase a pre-loaded card in a variety of amounts.
2. Each bottle has the option of three different pours. The first button dispenses 1 ounce, the second button dispenses 2.5 ounces and the third button dispenses 5 ounces. The cost per selection is displayed above each button.
3. If you have a balance at the end of your visit, just keep it and bring your card back for use next time or if your card is depleted, just ask to reload your card.

Tips on using the machine:

1. When inserting your card, the display should show your balance ... if not an error code will show, this means your card is in backwards or upside down.
2. Please place your glass under the dispenser prior to selection. Once your card is in the system, and a selection has been pressed wine will begin dispensing immediately.
3. If a button does not light on one of your selections, it means there is not enough wine in that bottle for that pour. Please notify an attendant.
4. If "OFF" is displayed above your selection please notify attendant and a new selection will be added.

Guests are encouraged to try labels and varietals that they would not normally consider. Please have fun and do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
