After studying abroad in Northern Italy, Executive Chef Carlos Echeverri learned the value of an ever changing menu. Expect a fresh take on our menu every season. Utilizing the freshest local ingredients when available, Carlos strives to create distinctive and original cuisine.
Coal Fired Bistro is proud to offer a new selection of mouth-watering steak entrees using the best beef available on the market, Prime Beef. Every steak will be seasoned with our own herb infusions for the best possible flavor and paired with the freshest of vegetables.
Our coal fired oven will now be dedicated to grilling the finest steaks you have ever tasted, so we will no longer be making and serving pizza.
